Notification schedule
We check deadlines daily at 11:00 AM Pacific Time. Most company, driver, vehicle, and fixed-date custom requirements send reminders 15 days before, 5 days before, and on the due date.
FMCSA Portal maintenance and quarterly IFTA send reminders 5 days before and on the due date. Recurring custom requirements with an 8–364 day cycle use that same schedule; cycles of 7 days or less notify only on the due date. Annual or longer custom cycles use the standard 15-day, 5-day, and due-date schedule.
