Payment information is processed by our payment provider. We do not directly store complete payment-card numbers.

Account deletion removes user-owned service data and deactivates referral codes, but does not erase referral attribution, payment, reward, adjustment, payout, fraud-prevention, tax, or audit records that must remain for accounting, legal, or dispute purposes. We minimize nonessential personal information separately.
